Ok..this has been sitting around for a while as I’m way behind uploading images.
Wish I could say I got a fantastic firework photo but just managed to capture your basic photo.
I like this photo as a fun photo of a surprised new Kindle owner. Â Â See the next post for the complete set from this event.
OK. Been collecting dust way to long. Password is the same as the Birthday girl.
Email me for a hint.
Attended a wedding last weekend in my home town. It was great to go back after not being around for year or so and see that the town just hasn’t changed.
These are password protected with the password being the name of the town. Let me know if you need a hint or want something cleaned up.
Though I know nothing about Jeff Leonard (looks like he did not win)Â I did manage to grab this photo of mostly the bike. Â It was taken under very low light and holding the camera freehand with the Shutter open for 1/10 of a second. Â What I like about the photo is that was the only photo I took that night of moving objects and when the shutter opened after snapping the photo I had managed to almost perfectly track the motion.
Nothing all that special but it was interesting to see what appears to be “California” poppies in Oregon but only yellow .  I guess when you leave the Golden state poppies no longer need to be yellow
Just some silly photos….
Went to Deepwood Estates in Salem Oregon and walked around the gardens.  While not as impressive some of the authentic English gardens we have seen in England it was still a pleasant walk.
While I took the “standard” photos is was this plant that we thought was interesting.
Photos from confirmation a couple of weeks back.
Haven’t posted anything in a while so I’ll post a quick snap shot.  Nothing special  Just one of the many bottle brush plants in the neighborhood.
Wikipedia tells us that this is really a Callistemon a genus of 34 species of shrubs in the family Myrtaceae
